By using URL2Pin, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Use the service for lawful purposes only.
• Do not upload copyrighted or illegal content.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abuse or violation of these terms.
• Service is provided "as is" without warranty.

Payments and Refunds

All payments for subscriptions and one‑time credit top‑ups are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason, including but not limited to unused time, unused credits, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with generated outputs. Credits are consumed per operation as displayed in the app, and it is your responsibility to verify mappings, template selection, and content before running AI or exporting/uploading pins.

If you experience a billing error (for example, you were charged twice for the same transaction), contact us within 7 days at url2pininfo@gmail.comand we will investigate. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Promotional coupons and discounts are applied at checkout when valid. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
