By using URL2Pin, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
URL2Pin provides tools that help you generate Pinterest pin images and metadata (titles, descriptions, hashtags, and alt text) from URLs you provide, and optional tools to connect Pinterest accounts and schedule/publish pins. The service is provided for “assisted creation” and workflow support. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you publish.
Plans include usage limits (for example, quotas for AI image pin generations, “own-photo” pins, and metadata generation calls). We may enforce limits through technical controls and may slow, restrict, or suspend usage to protect the service and other users.
The service uses AI to generate content. AI may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or produce incorrect language/metadata. You are responsible for reviewing all generated outputs before publishing, including checking compliance with Pinterest policies, affiliate program rules, and applicable laws.
Many users create affiliate content (including Amazon affiliate links). You are responsible for complying with the disclosure and advertising requirements of your affiliate programs (e.g., “#ad”, “#affiliate”, “As an Amazon Associate…”) and with local laws and platform rules. URL2Pin does not provide legal advice.
You retain rights to your inputs. As between you and URL2Pin, we do not claim ownership of your generated outputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and third-party terms (including AI providers and Pinterest), you may use the outputs you generate for your own business and marketing purposes. We do not guarantee that outputs are non-infringing or suitable for a particular purpose.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in abuse (including spam, excessive automation, or attempts to bypass limits), or if required to protect the service, our partners, or other users.
Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Unless otherwise stated, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and then access may revert to the Free plan.
Refunds: In general, subscription charges and top-ups are non-refundable, including for unused time or unused quota. However, if URL2Pin isn’t useful in your first 7 days, or you believe there was an accidental charge or billing error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us within 7 days at url2pininfo@gmail.com and we will review and, where appropriate, make it right. We may deny refunds in cases of heavy usage, abuse, or repeated refund requests. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Promotional coupons and discounts are applied at checkout when valid. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, URL2Pin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service, including reliance on AI outputs or publishing decisions.
